This year, we are celebrating again our local queer artists that joined "Queerlayaan" Year 2.

Back in 2024, we celebrated a couple of queer artists that joined "Queerlayaan". This time around, there are alot of queer artists that joined and submitted their artworks in celebration of Pride @ "Queerlayaan: Year 2".

We hope you had a blast celebrating Pride with us and we hope you keep on inspiring other artists to live their own truths.

I believe that “We” - as artists who belong to the minority, have a responsibility of capturing, documenting, expressing and most of all, sharing our different journeys thru our art that can spark hope for having a better society. Ever since, I really believe that Queer Artists are agents of change and Im really honored that you guys fearlessly shared you own stories, perspectives and art thru this book.

It is very important for us to show that we are here, taking up space dahil naniniwala tayo sa pagkakapantay-pantay ng bawat isa. 

Kaya patuloy tayong titindig, magpapakita, makikiisa.

Take up space kasi we deserve it, don’t let other people tell you otherwise. Our artworks deserve to be seen & celebrated.
